The all-volunteer women’s charity, National Giving Alliance of Hancock Park, held its December meeting on June Street at the home of member Stephanie Sourapas where members assembled a whirlwind of holiday gift bags to be distributed to organizations that support the needy surrounding the Larchmont area.
Recipients included Alexandria House, Assistance League of Los Angeles, Aviva Family and Children’s Services, Good Shepherd Shelter for Homeless Women

and Children, L.A. House of Ruth, Sunnyside 5, and United Friends of the Children, among others.
The ladies of NGA shopped for linens, personal care items, clothing, and holiday gifts such as art supplies for the children which filled individual bags and were delivered to each organization mentioned above.
Comme d’habitude, Chef Michael Beglinger cooked an exquisite lunch onsite of chicken fillets, gnocchi, and salad, served with a blush wine and sparkling water—definitely fueled the event.
