Seasonal Californian comfort food and an ancient-meets-modern sweat lodge join a women’s  “boho chic” clothing store among new additions to the Boulevard.
Dine on grass-fed skirt steak, healthy salads and red velvet cupcakes in a “fast-casual” setting at Lemonade. The fresh-squeezed beverage is a mainstay, from the basic brew to ginger guava and a host of other flavors. Set to open at the former Larchmont Larder location, at 626 N. Larchmont Blvd., in 2013, it will be the 11th store for co-founder/chef Alan Jackson.

Shape House, an Urban Sweat Lodge, recently opened at 434 N. Larchmont Blvd. That’s right… a sweat lodge, where you can reduce stress and get a healthy glow by doing very little. Lose weight, shape up and get rid of what you don’t need anymore, really, says co-founder Sophie Chiche.
The 50-minute treatments can be spent in meditative pose, or opt for a headset and watch a movie or listen to music. Either way, you’ll clear your head, dream and release toxins while building up a healthy sweat.
Twenty-four-year old Sophia Meza is jumping into the business world headfirst with her brand new women’s clothing store, called Havoc. Located at 560 N. Larchmont Blvd. in a converted cottage, the store offers casual women’s clothing and accessories. “I would say the look of these clothes is a BoHo chic, weekender, day tripper type style,” says Sophia. “It’s casual, laid back, stylish comfort clothes with a bit of an edge.”
Previously, the West Hollywood resident worked in merchandising at Tilly’s and Free People, but found herself restless.

Her boyfriend Doyle suggested she start her own business.  “He said, ‘you’re smart and talented—go open up something for yourself!’” laughs Sophia.  Her parents willingly became investors and the search for a store began.

After walking through an eggshell blue door, the space opens up into a bright, French-inspired interior. Hardwood floors, floor-length mirrors, toile and elegant chandeliers and industrial sconces hang from the ceiling.
